Below we will discuss the upcoming training dates that we will be holding for new Reps.

Our National Sales Director - Trevor Anker (13 years with Aspen) or our CEO Joe Jelenik (22 years in restoration roofing sales) will hold a class room training where we will train you to get off to an amazing start into a career in construction sales.
Aspen Exteriors is the only company working in over 20 states, and has the roofing crews to provide high-end roofing services in areas that get hit by some sort of storm damage. There is a lot of money to be made in construction sales and we like to pay our reps 10%. The way we train new hires how to make the easiest money and gain experience is going to be in STORM DAMAGED AREAS.

This CLASS ROOM training is to teach you the only TWO sales pitches you need to know to sell in this industry. Aspen Exteriors is also the most high tech companies to make turning in jobs very easy. So in training we will teach you how to use TWO smartphone apps to scan what we need you to send us.

You need to discuss ONE of the below training sessions with your hiring manager.
Day 1 will begin at 9:45am and end at 3:30 / Day 2 will begin at 9:45am and end at 3:30 / Day 3 will start at 9:30 and end by Noon so you can hit the road and start making money.

We will reimburse for any gas receipts to come to training and upto $250 for a flight (we do not encourage flying in). We will also reimburse for hotel costs. We get discounts at many hotels near training to get you the right place you want to stay at while you are attending these training days.

Once you have completed to 2.5 days of training you will be already set up with your in-field trainer who will have an area that he/she believes will be the easiest places to get your first sales. We wish that you would go directly into the field after training and start making money.
​
Your first paycheck or two will be based off of how many clients you sign up for ASPEN to meet their insurance inspector. $200 per client that signs up to use our company if the roof is approved to be replaced by the insurance company. 10 clients means $2,000 you could be paid; 5 clients means $1,000; 15 clients means $3,000
