Aspen Exteriors owners have two main goals.

Donate enough per job to feed a child a year through a non-profit that we have always given to, "Feed My Starving Children." The better the reviews the more clients we will achieve is our belief.
Job Requirements:

We need you to be able to climb up to the edge of roofs, and sometimes get on them.

Reliable Vehicle

Willingness to study to become great at informing our clients.

The pay is similar to 1099 with us making a max of 10% or a project. $20,000 roof usually equals you earning $2,000 for helping a client.
Glassdoor.com recently reviewed our Claims Specialist and found that they were averaging $86,000 over a 12 month period. We are a growing company with systems in place to allow Claims Specialists to make over $470,000 which is our current record that does not include Commercial work for a years worth of earnings.
Duties of the position that we fully train each step on is:

Flyer homes in areas that we have identified where nearly all homes in that area need a new roof due to storm damage.

Perform property inspection (4 to 6 a day is common)

Discuss findings and educate clients on possible hurdles to get their insurance company to cover all of the damage

Meet with clients insurance inspectors

Turn in roof order form
Not required:

Learn how to measure roofs and come up with estimates

Set hours, however we expect full-time workers to work 40 hours a week

Come up with a new way to gain clients. Our way has been perfected and it avoids high pressure sales. We just educate clients on their situation.
